About Us
African Holiness Missions is a non profit incorporation, organized for the purpose of preaching and teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to the people of Africa. AHM is governed by a board of directors, all of which are US citizens, and all of which are pastors or evangelists in the Free Holiness movement. African Holiness Missions is fundamental in doctrine and belief. Teaching that Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God, that He was sent of God to die for the sins of the human race, resurrected from the dead by the power of God, and that justification in the presence of God can only come through Him. We teach that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, and all are required by God to repent of sin. We teach that Gods standard of living for His people is holiness, and that conversion will be followed by a sanctified lifestyle. We teach that subsequent to a sanctified life, God will fill the believer with the baptism of the Holy Ghost, and that the initial evidence of this experience is speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance.

History
The holiness work in the country of Cameroon was birthed in the heart of Bro. Curtis Teague. During his first trip to the country in 1999, Bro. Teague was moved with a call from God to labor in Cameroon. The work was not officially organized until 2003, but before that date it was already established in Cameroon. Churches were planted and built before the work was officially organized on the west side of the Atlantic. Since 2003 the work has really been blessed of God. With the organizing of a board of directors, and incorporation in America, the work has swiftly begun to move forward. AHM has built four churches in Cameroon, with all of those being built in places where no other Christian groups were working. At present, African Holiness Missions has a constituency of almost one thousand members in Africa, making up twenty eight congregations.

Future Plans
At present, African Holiness Missions continues to preach and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ, planting and building churches, as well as ministering to the spiritual needs of the people. Also, we have recently acquired a hospital or medical clinic, in a northern province of the country, and we desire to get it in order. It is our desire to be a blessing to the people of Africa in any way that we can, keeping Christ first. We are in process of obtaining a 501c3 status from the federal government here in the US, to better serve and help those who contribute to the work. Currently we have a mission compound under construction in the capital of Yaoundé, which will be a three story complex. In this compound will be a church that will accommodate seven hundred people, a house for our field representative and family, as well as offices, missionary apartments, training facilities, a library-book store and much more.
